Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Returns

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

• Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Restocking Fee All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

How to Start a Return

Please contact us at RidstarMod@gmail.com to request a return authorization before shipping your item back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
