2. Orders & Payment
• All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes where required.
• We accept secure payment methods through our website.
• Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
3. Shipping
• We currently ship only within Canada.
• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
• Delivery times vary depending on location. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Returns & Refunds
• Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.
• Items must be in original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel orders if necessary.

45-Day Limited Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 45-day limited warranty from the date of purchase.
What This Warranty Covers
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the 45-day warranty period.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents
- Normal wear and tear
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Damage caused by improper storage or handling
Warranty Claims
To make a warranty claim, customers must contact us within 45 days of the original purchase date and provide:
- Proof of purchase
- A description of the issue
We may request photos or the return of the product for inspection.
Resolution
If the product is found to be defective, we will, at our discretion:
- Repair the product
- Replace the product
- Issue a refund
Limitations
